of Castles View structure with Keep, curtain walls,
towers and ramparts dates from the 1500s to the Victorian
restructuring of Lord Armstrong. There will be 14 rooms open
including the spectacular Kings Hall, with 3000 items of

Grey Seal Cruise with seabirds
- Embark on a 1½ hour cruise sailing
around all of the islands giving views of the nesting birds on
the cliff faces and viewing the Grey Seals at several vantage
points along with an informative commentary throughout.

Beamish - Step into the past
and explore 350-acres as Beamish tells the story of the people
of North-East England in the 1820s, 1900s and 1940s. Taste
traditional food from a coal-fired range, hop on board a tram
or steam train and play traditional schoolyard games.
